Catering Guidelines

Ensure sufficient portions for all guests.

All meat should be Zabiha Halal.

When serving salad, each full tray accommodates 100 people.

For appetizers, please allocate a minimum of one per person.

If serving bread, provide 75 pieces per 100 guests.

Determine an appropriate average portion size per person based on the main dish served. For instance, when serving a meat dish, aim for 1.5 - 2 pieces per person, and approximately 35 to 40 people with one full tray of rice.

Accompany dishes with sauces in suitable proportions. For example, when serving lentils, estimate one full tray to serve approximately 45 to 50 people.

For desserts, estimate one full tray to serve 45 to 50 people if they are included in the menu.
