Cub Scout Pack 23 (Grades K–5th / Ages 5–10)

Pack 23 combines official Scouting America advancement with Islamic values (*Akhlaq*). As a family-led program, dedicated adult volunteers guide youth through fun, faith-grounded experiences centered on Character, Fitness, Safety, Reverence, Citizenship, and Outdoors.

Lion & Tiger (Grades K–1): Parent-child activities building teamwork and basic Scouting skills.
Wolf (Grade 2): Practical life skills, community awareness, and peer cooperation.
Bear (Grade 3): Hands-on problem-solving and growing personal independence.
Webelos (Grade 4): Advanced outdoor skills and leadership preparation.
Arrow of Light (Grade 5): Cub Scouting’s highest award, focusing on self-reliance and bridging to Troop 23.

Scouting America Troop 23 (Grades 6–12 / Ages 11–17)

Troop 23 guides youth on the trail to Eagle Scout by pairing official Scouts BSA advancement with Islamic principles (Akhlaq, Amanah, and Khidmah). Unlike Cub Scouts, Troop 23 is youth-led and youth-run—Scouts elect their own leaders, run their meetings, and plan their own trips under adult supervision. We operate linked boy and girl troops with separate patrols and activities.

Youth Leadership: Scouts build project management, public speaking, and mentorship skills by running the Troop.
Trail to Eagle: Merit badges and rank advancement develop real-world life skills.
Outdoor Adventure: Camping, hiking, and survival skills with 100% Halal meals and integrated prayers (Salah).
Youth-Planned Outings: Campouts, high-adventure trips, and community service planned directly by the Scouts.
